LONDON: Introducing the Fazaia housing project in Karachi, the biggest trade hub of Pakistan, Syed Shoaib Saleem, MD, Fazaia Housing Scheme has invited countrymen to invest in the project to ensure their investment safe and profitable.

Addressing the launch of PAF’s project in London on Friday, he highlighted the various aspects of the housing scheme, the first of its nature within the country.

“Pakistan Air Force is the name of trust and responsibility and their investment in PAF’s account would be hundred percent safe and there is no apprehension or danger of ‘Qabza mafia’ about which the complaints are reportedly common."

While booking in a Housing Project, there is always an apprehension: whether the actual construction work on the Project Site has been initiated or not. In case of Fazaia the actual development and construction work has already been initiated on a massive scale. Here it is important to note: when a Private Property Developer announces a Housing Project and starts Booking the Project Unit, the Developer even does not have a clearly marked and transferred LAND for the announced/sponsored project. In a nutshell a Property Developer in Pakistan after Booking start searching for the Land. 

In case of Fazaia Housing Scheme, the Land has already been transferred in the Name of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE and all the necessary procedure has been completed such a mutation of land etc. 

So in case of Fazaia Housing Scheme: 

• the land is in the name of Pakistan Air Force (PAF);
• the money collected through Booking is also in the name of Pakistan Air Force;
• and the construction work has already been initiated;

Therefore, there should not be any hesitation on the part of expatriate Pakistanis to book a housing unit in Fazaia Housing Scheme- their investment is absolutely SAFE!

Since Karachi a metropolitan city and a lot of people (expatriate Pakistanis) wishes to Invest in Karachi and looking for Safe Heavens.
