Spencer Fenton

Head of Global Sales and Marketing

Spencer trained as a certified accountant at one of London’s top 20 firms.

Having fully qualified in 1992, he joined a practice in Loughton, Essex and worked as an associate partner.

During the 1990’s, Spencer developed a keen interest in the property industry, and advised clients in all aspects of investments. This included overseas Developments, with a particular focus on ‘Off 

Plan’ opportunities in Southern Spain & the Marbella region.

Spencer provides exceptional service ensuring that the individual needs & requirements of his clients are met in a timely and professional manner.

Stella Walters - Property Consultant

Stella has been involved in the Real Estate business since 2002. From individual property acquisitions to large developments, she has played a major role in building portfolio investment covering seven different countries which she has achieved through being fluent in English, Russian and Hungarian.

Stella is an extremely result-focused individual who combines efficiency with empathy. She possesses the ability to create a mutually beneficial relationship with her clients so everyone achieves the best outcome.
 

 

 

Elliot Dash - Executive Real Estate Manager

Elliot started his career with an independent Commercial Property Company based in Central London advising clients on both Rental Investments & Development Opportunities.

In 1995 Elliot joined forces with an established Residential Sales Agency, in order to partner the existing Directors and set up their Residential Letting & Management Department. The companies aim was to offer Management services to Multi Landlords & High Net Worth Investors.

Since the company’s inception, Elliot now heads a team of Property Managers that oversee and asset manage in excess of £250Million of property , covering London & The Home Counties. Elliot’s experience in all aspects of Landlord & Tenant property law, provides an unrivalled service to his clients.

Elliot is a strong supporter of the Orchid Cancer Trust, helping to fight male cancer. In his spare time he is an active fundraiser for the Charity.

Jo Swaby - Business Development Manager

Jo brings more than 9 years of experience within the Property industry to her role as a Business Development Manager. She brings a, professionalism and warmth, and a mind-set of service and advocacy to her work with all team members and clients at Globewide.

Jo's primary focus is to offer support to all Globewide staff, and develop and maintain relationships with current clients. She also takes care of the London managed property portfolio.

Prior to joining Globewide Jo spent seven years working for a number of estate agents from a negotiator up to lettings manager.

Marta Figueiredo - HR / Administrator

 Marta Figueiredo has become an integral part of the company. Marta handles all administrative matters including HR/Office administration.
 

Marta speaks a number of languages including Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French. Her language skills have been and continue to be a huge asset for the company, especially in interacting with individuals from the European and Latin American market.

Marta has established a strong relationship with the clients due to her excellent approach and friendly attitude. Her responsibilities have continued to evolve in parallel with the growth of the company and as a result, she is an important point of contact for all clients.
